How long will the switch take?

We aim to switch you over within 21 days of you signing up. We will handle everything and get things in order with your old supplier sending you regular updates on the progress of the switch.

You will be able to track the switch in your account using the Valda Energy app.

Business deals do not offer a cooling off period (this is the option of cancelling a contract within a certain amount of days after it is agreed). This includes when you have agreed to the contract over the telephone. So be sure that you are fully happy with all the terms and conditions before you agree to it.
