In the unlikely event of a temporary emergency disconnection instructed by the National Grid Electricity System Operator (ESO), this will help you determine when your premises is timetabled to be without power. There are 18 blocks across Great Britain, which are assigned a letter between A and U.

This will be based on any meter reads that we have either received from your smart meter, you have given us, or estimates.
When an E is next to the numbers, this means the read is estimated. This may be because we could not collect an accurate read.
