Make a one-off payment by bank transfer

Payment reference: your account number, which can be found on the top right of the first page of your bill.

Set up Direct Debit

If you aren’t already, you can set up a Direct Debit using the Valda Customer Portal. A Direct Debit ensures your bill is always paid on time, without you having to lift a finger.

To set up your Direct Debit, please visit the Valda Customer Portal and select 'Direct Debit' on the navigation menu.
