FAQS
Do we store your card details? No - payment data security is a critical part of individual security. If you ask us to link your debit or credit card to your energy account, we do not receive your card details. Instead your card provider sends us an anonymised set of characters, called a ‘token’ to use for the arrangement you have asked us to setup.
What is my payment reference? Your payment reference will be your account number, which can be found at the top right on the first page of your bill.
